Sebastian Booz
Sebastian Booz joined the HR sector while studying geography and economics in Basel, first with a recruiting firm in Zurich and from 2007 with a recruitment agency specialising in IT in Zug. On finishing his university degree, he specialised further in permanent recruitment in IT and Finance, extending his knowledge as a consultant in the market research, candidate and client support sectors. In the following years, Sebastian succeeded in developing a recruitment network for professionals and managers in the Swiss market. Among other projects, he headed a wide-ranging recruitment campaign for a renowned financial service provider. Reputable IT consulting firms and global players in the financial sector are among his key accounts.
In 2010 Sebastian took on the role of senior consultant with a market-leading recruitment agency headquartered in Zurich. He expanded the IT department and developed complementary recruiting approaches with the management team. In spring 2011 he left the company to found Prime21 AG in Zug with Mario Kaufmann and Andri Granziol. In recent years Booz has developed and extended the Software Engineering area. Focussing on building up PrimeSelect in 2015, he is currently also responsible for systems engineering, banking IT & fintech.
